The services offered by Tripartie have been designed and built around security. Community and national law strictly regulate financial activities and set up a certain number of safeguards.
Thus, the financial flows generated by the services offered by Tripartie and the related banking data are managed by our partner approved as a payment institution by the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution de la Banque de France.
Tripartie does not dispose at any time of the funds you transfer using our service. They are assigned to a special account. Tripartie cannot invest them for any financial benefit.
To complete a transaction with the App Tripartie, you must log in with an encrypted username and password that only you know.
You then evolve in a secure environment via a HTTPS protocol. Payments by credit card are protected by the 3D Secure Verified By Visa and MasterCard SecureCode systems.
Sensitive data is not stored on our servers, and we implement anti-fraud rules and measures to detect stolen cards.
Finally, we ask again for your confidential code before each sensitive transaction, in order to ensure your identity.
Some App Tripartie users have a "Verified User" designation on their profile. This means that identity checks have been performed, and that these users are not restricted by legal thresholds aimed at combating money laundering and terrorist financing.
When you register at Tripartie, you can start transactions but must verify your identity before collecting money.
To become a verified user, log in and go to the "My Account" section.
The European Union's Deposit Guarantee and Resolution Fund protects each customer up to 100,000.00 euros in case of failure of their bank or financial institution. Our users benefit from this additional protection for funds deposited via the App Tripartie.
