Make sure your order is as described before completing the transaction.
Important: Tripartie asks you to enter your payment details in order to make a bank imprint and ensure your solvency. Your credit card will only be debited if your offer is accepted, and your payment will only be transferred to the seller once the order has been received.
How to sell?
1. Place your ad
Add photos of your item, an accurate description, and set the selling price. Purchase offers should not be long in coming!
2. Ship the order
Pack your order carefully and ship it within 5 days. Payment is guaranteed by Tripartie.
3. Collect your money!
Once your order has been validated by the buyer, your money is instantly transferred to your Tripartie wallet.
And if something goes wrong?
Tripartie Protects the buyer and seller in a completely fair way in the event of a problem. When a problem is declared, the transaction is frozen until a solution is found. The buyer and seller are first invited to reach an amicable agreement. Customer service will promptly review the situation if necessary and make a decision.
However, in a hand-delivered sale, the buyer is responsible for verifying the quality and conformity of their purchase. It is only after this verification that they communicate the validation code to the seller, in order to finalize the sale and pay the seller. Once the transaction is finalized, Tripartie is no longer able to protect the buyer.
Important: Stay on Tripartie for the duration of the transaction in order to be protected in the event of a problem.
