Tripartie Protects the buyer and seller in a completely fair way in the event of a problem. When a problem is declared, the transaction is frozen until a solution is found. The buyer and seller are first invited to reach an amicable agreement. Customer service will promptly review the situation if necessary and make a decision.
However, in a hand-delivered sale, the buyer is responsible for verifying the quality and conformity of their purchase. It is only after this verification that they communicate the validation code to the seller, in order to finalize the sale and pay the seller. Once the transaction is finalized, Tripartie is no longer able to protect the buyer.
Important: Stay on Tripartie for the duration of the transaction in order to be protected in the event of a problem.

In the event of a problem Tripartie acts as a trusted third party, protects the interests of users and resolves the dispute promptly.

As soon as you register on the app Tripartie, you can start your trades. However, in order to transfer the money earned from these transactions to your personal bank account, Tripartie is under a legal obligation to verify your identity.
We therefore advise you to anticipate and verify your account as soon as possible, in order to avoid delaying the final payment.
