How to buy?
1. Find the perfect match
Then click on the secure payment button Tripartie then log in or create your free account Tripartie.
2. Send your offer
Indicate a delivery method, a delivery location if necessary, choose your payment method and send your offer to purchase!
3. Receive the order!
Make sure your order is as described before completing the transaction.
Important: Tripartie asks you to fill in your payment information in order to make a bank imprint and ensure your creditworthiness. Your credit card will only be charged if your offer is accepted and your payment will only be transferred to the seller once the order has been received.
How to sell?
1. Place your ad
Add photos of your item, an accurate description, and set the selling price. Purchase offers should not be long in coming!
2. Ship the order
Pack your order carefully and then ship it within 5 days. Payment is guaranteed by Tripartie.
3. Collect your money!
Once the buyer has confirmed receipt of the order, your money is instantly returned to your wallet Tripartie.
And if something goes wrong?
Tripartie Protects the buyer and seller in a completely fair way in the event of a problem. When a problem is declared, the transaction is frozen until a solution is found. The buyer and seller are first invited to reach an amicable agreement. Customer service will promptly review the situation if necessary and make a decision.
However, in a hand-delivered sale, the buyer is responsible for verifying the quality and conformity of their purchase. It is only after this verification that they communicate the validation code to the seller, in order to finalize the sale and pay the seller. Once the transaction is finalized, Tripartie is no longer able to protect the buyer.
Important: Stay on Tripartie for the duration of the transaction in order to be protected in the event of a problem.

Service fees are set by the Anibis platform and help optimize your experience on Tripartie and ensure the security of your purchases and sales.

During a transaction, Tripartie Protects the buyer and seller in a completely fair manner and thus allows two individuals to seize opportunities without quality and payment risks.
By keeping the buyer's payment (via our banking partner) until the transaction is validated, Tripartie Ensures that the buyer will receive a purchase that is as described and that the seller will receive full and timely payment.
Additional checks are carried out to ensure optimal protection:
– the identity and information provided by users are verified,
– Tripartie ensures that the funds have been collected before notifying the seller that they can return the item,
– All shipments are tracked by the carrier.
In the event of a problem Tripartie acts as a trusted third party, protects the interests of users and resolves the dispute promptly.
Important: Stay on the platform Tripartie for the duration of the transaction in order to be protected in the event of a problem.
As soon as you register on the app Tripartie, you can start your trades. However, in order to transfer the money earned from these transactions to your personal bank account, Tripartie is under a legal obligation to verify your identity.
We therefore advise you to anticipate and verify your account as soon as possible, in order to avoid delaying the final payment.
To do this, go to the settings of your user area, under the heading "Profile verification". A valid ID card or passport will be required.
