In the event of a dispute, just answer simple questions and let us be your guide. We help you to find an amicable settlement, failing which the Tripartie arbitrators will analyse the situation and make a fair decision.
1. Amicable resolution
Together, let's quickly find common ground.
Both parties are invited to provide more information on the dispute, directly from their personal space.
Once both parties have explained the situation, you have the opportunity to make offers and counter-offers.
Within a maximum of 14 days an agreement is reached. The money is then immediately paid out according to the distribution you have decided.
If an agreement can’t be found, the Tripartie arbitrators maintain a fair balance.
2. Arbitration
In the absence of an amicable agreement, an arbitrator takes an impartial decision.
An independent arbitrator is assigned to your dispute and is at your disposal. You can submit all the information and evidence you want (photographs, emails, invoices, etc.).
Discuss the information provided and add documents if necessary.
The arbitrator takes a reliable and explained decision. The funds are immediately paid out based on it.
In addition to the principles of transparency, fairness, objectivity and impartiality that guide its resolution process, Tripartie is committed to respecting these key values:
Your personal data is confidential and all the documents provided are encrypted.
Discuss with the Tripartie arbitrator in charge of your dispute whenever you want.
