Online sales are risky

It is common that a dispute arises when a service is provided online or when a second-hand good is sold on the Internet.

  • For example, a smartphone may have a hidden malfunction
  • The logo created by a graphic designer may not fully satisfy the customer

Tripartie solves the dispute by helping the parties to reach an amicable settlement. In the absence of an agreement, a fair decision is made by a Tripartie arbitrator.

How does it work?

In the event of a dispute, just answer simple questions and let us be your guide. We help you to find an amicable settlement, failing which the Tripartie arbitrators will analyse the situation and make a fair decision.

1. Amicable resolution

Together, let's quickly find common ground.

Explain us the situation

Both parties are invited to provide more information on the dispute, directly from their personal space.

Make offers and counter-offers

Once both parties have explained the situation, you have the opportunity to make offers and counter-offers.

An agreement is reached

Within a maximum of 14 days an agreement is reached. The money is then immediately paid out according to the distribution you have decided.

If an agreement can’t be found, the Tripartie arbitrators maintain a fair balance.

2. Tripartie arbitration

In the absence of an amicable agreement, our arbitrators make an impartial decision.

Communicate elements

An experienced and independent Tripartie arbitrator is assigned to your dispute and is at your disposal. You can submit all the information and evidence you want (photographs, emails, invoices, etc.).

Take part to a quick audition

You may take part to a very short online hearing. This is an opportunity to discuss the information provided and to request additional documents if necessary.

A fair decision is made

A Tripartie arbitrator makes a reliable and explained decision. The funds are immediately paid out based on it.
